Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Zafrit Puzzle Arcade mobile app and its games, including Koi Pond Out (the "App"), provided by Zafrit ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of your app store.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App; cheat, use bots, or tamper with game data, coins, or purchases; circumvent ads or payment systems; interfere with the App's operation or security; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
3. Virtual items and purchases
- The App offers optional in-app purchases such as coin packs and booster bundles, and virtual coins and boosters earnable in play. Virtual items have no cash value, are licensed (not sold) to you, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
- Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
- Use "Restore purchases" to recover eligible purchases on a new device.
4. Advertising
The App is free to play and supported by ads, including optional rewarded ads and occasional ads between levels. Rewards are granted at our discretion when an ad is completed. Ad content is supplied by third parties; we are not responsible for advertisers' products or sites.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, art, sounds, levels, and trademarks, is owned by Zafrit or its licensors and protected by law. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features, game modes, or the App at any time, with or without notice. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the App or change devices.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zafrit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.
11. Apple and Google
These Terms are between you and Zafrit, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the App, and (for iOS) Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, use the App with a parent's or guardian's permission.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zafrit is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts there, except where your local consumer law gives you other rights.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
