Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Zafrit ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Zafrit Puzzle Arcade mobile app, including the game Koi Pond Out (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Gameplay data stored on your device: progress, coins, boosters, settings, and daily-streak data. This is saved locally in the App and is not sent to us.
- Analytics data: through GameAnalytics we collect events such as session start, level start/complete/fail, ads watched and purchases, along with device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language, approximate location from IP address, and a device or advertising identifier).
- Advertising data: through Google AdMob, ad partners may collect your advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad interactions to serve and measure ads.
- Purchase information: purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase, but never your payment card details.
- Support communications: if you email us, we receive your email address and message.
We do not ask for your name, contact lists, photos, precise location, or microphone/camera access, and the App has no account system.
2. How we use information
- To operate the App, restore purchases, and keep it working;
- To understand how levels and features are used, and to balance and improve games;
- To show rewarded and between-level ads, and limit how often they appear;
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to respond to support requests;
- To comply with legal obligations.

These providers act under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Your choices
- Personalized ads: reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device settings (iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads).
- Haptics and sound: can be switched off in the App's settings.
- Deletion: uninstalling the App removes locally stored data. To request deletion of analytics data associated with you, contact us below.
5. Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention and security
Analytics data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. California residents can also opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of data; we do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes may be shown in the App.
